Methodology

Once the article has been registered according to ID, the registration payment will be completed through the online platform. The system will grant the respective vouchers and the University will issue the invoice later.

All payments must be made through the online payment link. No cash registration will be charged during the Conference.

Registration of authors and students

Each article links to its ID the authors who will be automatically registered to participate in the Sessions in Face-to-face/Virtual mode as appropriate.

Accepted articles

At the time of registration, the file must be attached with the final 'camera ready' version of the article in word format and using the mandatory Springer template.

Costs

Face-to-face participation in the Conference is encouraged, which is why differentiated values ​​have been defined.

- In-person modality article (desde el 25/08/23): U$S 120
- Remote modality article (hasta 24/08/23): U$S 180
- Remote modality article (desde el 25/08/23): U$S 200
- Student Competition: Free
- Public in general: Free

Payment methods

The system will accept transactions made with international credit cards through the link provided in each case.
Some options are: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Diners International.

The receipts to make payments will be generated and expressed in local currency (ARS, Argentine pesos) with equivalent values ​​in U$S, US dollars, according to the official exchange rate of the Argentine Republic on the date of effective payment, and the transaction may result in an amount that is minimally less than that detailed in the table according to the category and type of item.
